After I blocked the ports on my router, Spectrum Stream TV will load and I can see the menus, but the channels are blank, no picture or sound. So which ports do I need to allow for Stream TV to work correctly?

Incorrect local channels on Spectrum Roku TV app
I am having an issue with incorrect local TV channels on my Spectrum Roku TV app. The app is getting stations from Cincinnati, Ohio, and I live near Cleveland. I have had this issue for about a week. No one at Spectrum has been able to give me an estimate, let alone a definite date, as to when this issue will be resolved. I spoke over the telephone this afternoon with a Spectrum representative, who told me the Spectrum Roku app is not compatible with Roku 1 or 2. I have the Roku 2 device and have been using the app with it for over a year; never an issue with it until now. Why would this app suddenly become incompatible with any Roku device below Roku 3?

I should be able to run the Spectrum TV streaming app on a Roku in NYC and log in with my Tampa...
I have Spectrum (Brighthouse) cable tv and internet service in Tampa, FL.
I have Spectrum (Time Warner) internet service in NYC.
I should be able to run the Spectrum TV streaming app on a Roku in NYC and log in with my Tampa credentials. Why? Because Spectrum is now ONE COMPANY regardless of where I live. But this doesn't work. Instead, when I launch the app in NYC it doesn't even ask me to log in. It sees my NYC IP address, sees that I don't have tv service in NYC, and it goes directly to a screen that tries to sell me the streaming package for $21.99 per month.... EVEN THOUGH I PAY FOR SPECTRUM TV SERVICE IN TAMPA.

Spectrum TV app still receiving incorrect local TV channels
I have been trying for over a week to resolve a problem with my Roku Spectrum TV app. (I have Spectrum Choice TV service without a cable box.) The app is receiving local TV from Cincinnati, Ohio instead of from Cleveland, and I am tired of it. I pay this cable company a lot of money each month to receive flawless service, and do not appreciate having to call Spectrum almost every day for the same issue. The last time I had this problem, I spoke over the phone with a representative who told me the issue would be resolved; well, that evening, I turned on my TV and did in fact get the correct local TV stations for my area, but the next morning they were replaced by Cincinnati stations, a situation that remains to this day as I write this. I have absolutely no use whatsoever for Cincinnati local TV, as I live near Cleveland, and I don't like the idea of having to call back every day or so for the same problem. What is causing the delay in getting my cable service working again as it should?

Cartoon Network issue
This is a new one... Every time I try to tune in to Cartoon Network this evening, I see the same credits rolling every time I’ve tried for the last 2+ hours. Adult Swim should be on, but the credits from “We Bare Bears” plays and then it gets roughly 10 seconds into the “Teen Titans Go” theme before freezing up. This happens every time regardless of what the channel is actually airing. Same thing every time. What gives? Please advise.

Fox News App on ROKU no longer available thru Spectrum
We liked having the Fox News App available on our ROKU -- primarily as a back up for when the Spectrum App goes down. Unfortunately this seems to happen several times a month and we can't get any news until the Spectrum App comes back up! Hope the Fox News App comes back to ROKU users soon. Thanks!

No longer have WMLW as part of Spectrum lineup as of yesterday.
This is still on channel 7 for TVs with Spectrum box.

Spectrum TV app
Spectrum is running a very aggressive ad campaign that you can watch Spectrum TV on all devices i.e. tablets, phones, computers, roku smart tv. Not so for me since 10am this morning and this has happened several times this month. My other streaming apps (Netflix, Amazon Video) work great and I get them through Spectrum internet. You would think Spectrum would make sure their app was as reliable.

TV channel guide on Roku Spectrum app too small to read
My Spectrum TV channel guide (from the TW/Spectrum TV app) is much too small for me to read well. I am 61 years old and my eyesight has been bad all my life. I have a 19" flat screen TV, but there are no adjustments to increase the size of the guide or anything else. I am at my wits' end with this problem, as I now have no way of knowing what channel I am watching. Is there any way I can increase the size of the letters on the guide, or am I stuck with the thing the way it is? I watch a lot of TV and would like to know what I am seeing on my set without having to spend five minutes trying to read the guide. Neither the channel number buttons or the channel up-down buttons on my remote (RCA RCR-313BR three-device universal) work with the Spectrum Roku app; I must use two buttons on the remote itself (these are located directly above the number buttons) to change channels, but again, I have no way of knowing when to stop when I see my desired channel. Is there any way I can program my universal remote so the channel number buttons work with the Spectrum Roku TV app?

I have called Spectrum several times about this issue and am getting nowhere--no one I talk to can help me. I just got off the phone with a Spectrum representative a few moments ago who was no help to me whatsoever. The person had a thick foreign accent (does Spectrum even have American customer service representatives anymore?) and kept asking me the same questions over and over, such as do I have a bill I can read my account number from, etc. (I cannot read well due to my vision problem.) I give this person the same answer each time, and I am tired to death of repeating myself. To make matters even worse, I do not drive so cannot get to a Spectrum store, and I am not comfortable with giving my account information over the phone to someone I do not know and have never heard of. Why do the representatives keep asking me the same questions over and over, when I give them the only answer I know?
I am very, very disgusted with Spectrum's customer service, and would cancel my service immediately if my television reception were not as bad as it is in my area (I do not get two important network affiliates over the air, with an antenna, and I live in an apartment building so I cannot put up an outside television antenna).
Another problem I am having is with changing channels using my RCA universal remote, model number RCR-313BR. Neither the channel number buttons nor the channel up/down button (a blue bar with +/- on it) on this remote work with the Roku Spectrum TV app. This forces me to use two buttons on the remote, located on a white ring directly above the keypad with an "OK" button in the center, to change channels. Is there any way to program this remote so the keypad will allow me to change channels directly, without having to scan up and down through a long list? If this is not possible, what other type of remote can I use that will allow me direct access to the channels I wish to watch?

Spectrum 7 day free not real!!!!
Spectrum offers 7 days free if you sign up. I did just that then I canceled because my wife felt it wasn't right for us so I called to cancel. When I canceled after 2 days they shut it off right away. This didn't help selling the wife maybe 5 more days could of swayed her but you made her mind up for her we went to sling. Sorry should of honored the 7 days.

Roku Activation for Food network no longer works
I have been watching FoodNetwork live for several years on Roku. All of a sudden I cannot view Foodnetwork LIVE any longer on Roku. I am Spectrum TV subscriber, but use Roku occasaionally on a spare TV where there is no cable connection available.
I get the screen saying to go to FoodNetwork.com/Roku and enter a code being displayed on the TV screen, but it never works. Message comes from Foodnework site: Invlaid Code try again. NO amount of trying a new code ever works.
I can view older Foodnetwork shows, but can no longer view LIVE.

Spectrum TV app and Spectrum TV
On the Spectrum website reads:
"The Spectrum TV app and SpectrumTV.com allows you to watch shows in the comfort of your home, the gym, a coffee shop - virtually anywhere on your favorite devices. Enjoy live TV and On Demand shows on the free Spectrum TV app and on your computer. You are able to view networks and shows that are included with your TV service."
But when I tried to use the TV app "in the gym or a coffeeshop" you get a message that reads:"for full access connect to your Spectrum internet service". Then I tried to use the spectrumtv.com site and my channels access is limited, if I want to program a recording using the guide I cant, and since yesterday I tried to get support via chat and phone to no avail. Nobody has a clue...
