App not working on Roku Stick
RLP-1008 error "Empty list; no streams were specified to play"
I sign into the Spectrum app, it looks like it's loading a channel, the screen goes black and then get:
"Getting RLP-1008 error Empty list; no streams were specified to play"
I've rebooted, etc. Still keeps happening.
Spectrum customer in Charlotte, NC cannot access app in TX?
Roku 2 connection timed out
Today, I started having trouble with my Spectrum app saying the connection was timed out everytime I try to use it. I have reset my connection and also restarted my Roku. I tried to remove the app and reinstall it but my Roku says the app can not be removed at this time.
Any suggestions would be apprecitated.

Has anyone had this Successfully resolved? All other App's working just fine, Modem speed check is blazing fast. Definitely a Spectrum Issue.

This is a much bigger deal. Streaming won't work on any devices. I'm thinking the IP whitelisting is borked.
Just try logging into your myservices account and streaming through a web browser: https://watch.spectrum.net/livetv

Hi, Starting this morning, Sunday Sept 3, I get this error starting the Spectrum app: Connect to Spectrum Internet.
To watch this program, please connect to your Spectrum Internet service. Error code: RLC-1000
I have rebooted the internet modem.
I am using the same login info that works on computers and devices.
Please advise what to do now

AND just to add this tidbit. These messages showed up after I logged in to this forum:
Authentication Failed.
Authentication Ticket Mismatched, failed authentication.
RLP-1007, REG-1001 errors REPEATEDLY on ROKU
Spectrum TV SUCKS.
Constant Roku streaming issues.
Regularly internet disconnecting.
Terrible customer support.
Ridiculously overpriced services.
I must be nuts for not canceling.

9/4/17 Spectrum Roku app in endless login loop
I've rebooted my router, rebooted roku. I keep getting asked for my Spectrum login info over and over.
Another problem which may or may not be related started yesterday: Despite having parental controls disabled, when I change channels it keeps telling me that parental controls are ENABLED and I have to enter my code. After entering it twice, I've been able to access the channels until today, when it didn't work.
Of course, now I don't have any access to Spectrum because of the looping login problem....
Spectrum, get your Sh** together.

Horrible pixelation!
For the past week or so I've been experincing really bad pixelation using the Time Warner Spectrum app on Roku.
I've restarted the app, rebooted, etc. And while the pixelation goes away, it keeps returning.
Why is this happening? Please fix!

Spectrum TV app on TCL/Roku
I purchased a new TCL/Roku TV last week for a cottage 100 miles from my home. I have an excellent WiFi connection through a Verizon Jetpack hotspot..When I try to login to the Spectrum app, I'm told it will only work in my home. I've installed, uninstalled and reinstalled the app a dozen times with no luck. Ironically, my iPad using the Spectrum app works perfectly. I've called Customer Service and gotten nowhere.

Is there a way to access a previous tv channel within the spectrum for roku app rather than scrolling through all of the channels?
Spectrum on Roku time out
I use a Roku Stick to watch TV via the Spectrum app and have noticed that after about 4 hours the screen blanks out and a message asks me if I want to continue and to press "OK" if I do. Why does this happen and how do I stop it? The Roku people tell me it's in the Spectrum app.
