Okay so last week I had the problem of my Spectrum app on Roku asking me to sign back in then telling me my device was not authorized but turns out that was corrected by unplugging and rebooting the internet and router so I thought my troubles were over until I went to turn on a certain Chanel to watch a specific show only to find out none of the basic channels are they anymore! In fact the lowest ch is 101! I even rebooted again but that didn't help this is making me upset. What is going on at Spectrum?

Are video-only modems still being provided if requested? I have been to my local store and called customer service...no one in my store or 3 customer service reps new what I was talking about when I asked for one.

Spectrum app for roku
Why is it that half the time I turn this on it doesn't work????? I just don't understand. Who is in charge of the app?? When you call customer service they tell me they are not in charge of it and I should go get a cable box. This has been going on for months.

MIssing Roku channels? Try a hard reset on your cable modem and your router.

...getting annoyed. no channels work giving me p700 error and s-18 error earlier.

Set Top Box Necessary When I Have A Roku?
A few months ago I still had TWC cable, and also a Roku (with Sling TV). I was able to log into my TWC app on Roku and access all of the TWC channels that were in my cable package.
I've now bought and moved into a condo, and am paying for basic cable with TWC as part of my required monthly maintenance fees. But TWC says that I cannot connect a coax directly to my tv sets...that I have to pay monthly rent on 3 boxes, one for each of my tv sets. But that was the entire reason that I moved to Roku and Sling TV.
But...I'm paying a required monthly fee that includes basic cable service from TWC. So why can I not log into the app on my Roku, as absolutely any other TWC cable subscriber would be able to do, to access the channels that I am paying for?

Roku app missing channels 1-100 on all tvs in the house
All of the roku devices in the house are now missing channels 1-100. We used to be able to get them back with a roku factory reset, but that no longer works. Any ideas on what is going on? I'm leaning towards Spectrum modem as the culprit due to all tvs being affected.

This posting...copied from these spectrum forums...mention that you do NOT have to have spectrum internet... to be able to use roku to access spectrum cable content. I have had twc for years and years. I do not have spectrum/twc internet. I would like to use my roku to watch my cable content...that i pay for...each and every month...without spectrum internet. It says (above) that spectrum internet is not requires to watch spectum cable content on the roku. So is that true?? And how do i make that happen?? I am getting nowhere with twc/spectrum support. I did not write the roku blurb above. This is the blurb found on the acctual spectrum roku app. Info plz!!! Thank You!

Spectrum Roku app missing 90% of channels - defrauding for 2+ months
I have had my TW/Spectrum TV Roku app for over 18 months, but ever since Spectrum took over, channels started misteriously disappering, while subscription price went up. I am currently with basic serivice, and able to see only 10 channels, most of all not even in Eniglish. The full list for the basic TV app service randomly appear and disappear, and this has been happening for over 2 months (tech support claims app is being fixed, really?!?). I've started to feel like a lab rat being asked to uninstall/install the app, reboot TV/Device at no avail. Spectrum, in the normal work this is called a robbery or business fraud. You cannot charge customers for service that you do NOT provice. Fix your crappy app or stop defrauding your customers with something that is not functional and ready for market. Yor are going stragint a lawsuit direction with this behafior and business practice.!

Still no roku app love
Nothing but "we can't blah blah blah" message every time I open the app. Reinstalls don't matter, rebooting my modem doesn't matter, calling support and having a ticket opened with roku support doesn't matter.
I'm really tempted to just drop my whole cable & dvr and just pay a bit extra to other vendors for programming

roku timeout
Roku Spectrum app stops playing after 4 hours, with the message "press OK to continue".
Is there any way to turn off the timeout or change the time period? There was nothing to set under the app settings.
This a sharp tv with built in roku. Model 5316X.

Spectrum tv app not working on android or roku
For the past few days the spectrum app for my android tablet and roku wont load. I've reset modem and have checked internet speed. I'm only on my home wireless network when i try to connect but it wont work. I usually use my roku all the time to watch live tv but i cant watch anything. I even unistalled apps and reinstalled but no luck

App not working on Roku
When I try to watch tv from my Roku, it shuts down after so many minutes. I have to start the app over and then it works for a few minutes and then goes out. I have the Roku and Roku 3 and the both do the same thing. I am very disappointed in Spectrum TV. I am paint too much money for services that I am not receiving.
