I signed up for the free 7 day trial for the Spectrun TV choice on July 27th. However, I have not been able to login since I signed up. First I was told that it would take 24hrs to sync the service to my system because I was using my own modem and router, then I was told multiple times afterwards that there was a problem with the app in my area and the problem was on Spectrums end and they had engineers working on it. What I have not been told is when the problem would be fixed. I can not use the service online or via the Roku streamer and the problem that I am getting from both attempts are as listed below. By the way, I was also told that because the problem is on Spectrums end there is nothing that I can do on my end to make it work.
