    Has been playing the SAME EPISODE of the X-Files all day, and stops when a gun is drawn. Fix it please. Also, we love the X-Files too, but can someone tell those clowns @ BBC America to play the episodes in CHRONOLOGICAL order.

    I banished my cable box to a rarely used upstairs TV and have been using the Spectrum app on my other TVs (with Roku) as I mostly use other streaming services anyway.  I mainly use the app to watch the Red Sox on NESN (channel 27 here in Maine).  However, as of a couple of days ago, the games have disappeared, replaced by alternative programming (which looks like "blackout" kind of programming - wrestling and MMA). I can still watch the Sox on the cable box,  so it's not that there is a general blackout.

     

    No Sox on my ipad or computer either, so it's not just a Roku issue. I am properly signed in to Spectrum, am on my home network, and I have Spectrum internet. Recycled the modem/router just in case - not that, either. I

     

    I called customer support and they said everything looked fine at my end (and all seems to be fine except this) - they put in a support ticket, but I thought that maybe someone out there might have an idea of what's happening. 

     

    The only positive is that if I can't watch the Sox on the app it will give me the kick in the butt required to finally dump Spectrum TV once and for all. 

     

    Help! Too good a Sox season to miss.

  • I keep getting this error. I've tried resetting the roku but it's hit and miss. Anyone else having a problem with it? It was working fine before.

  • Recently I've been having major issues with our Roku and the Spectrum App. Netflix, Amazon, and Goolge Play all work fine. Spectrum keeps erroring out with RLP-1999 and RLP-999.

    Why is the KC vs Bears game on 8/25 on the NFL network showing on the TV with a Cable Box but not showing up on the TV when I use the Spectrum App. The Spectrum app is not showing the game, it has some alternate programming.

    I have had a Roku for less than a month. The first three weeks I had no problems. Then the next day the replay button to go to the previous channel stopped working. It works on other apps. Has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it? I have rebooted my modem, primary cable box, and removed app and re-added with no luck

  • Spectrum app constantly throwing a error code. Chat support drops you without an answer. Try to schedule a call back and you get one time slot a day for a week. If it's my router, why does Netflix and hulu work? When will I see a discount on my bill?

    Seen other threads about this, however I haven't seen a real fix for it yet.... so I made  a new post about it.  Basically every 10-15 minutes of watching a channel, I get the RLP-1001 error and hit OK on the remote to make it play again... 10-15 minutes later happens again... then again, and again.   It's just annoying, because I have to miss a few minutes of a show to hit OK and have the app continue to do the live feed. 

    Other apps don't do this on my roku, so it must be a service issue... and NOT my connectivity.  Spectrum claims to having starting speeds of 100mps, but my speed test shows 24-25mps... which should be fast enough to run a live TV streaming service like my other apps that work just fine, so I'm not really concerned about my speed. 

    Anyone else have this problem?

    MAYBE WE ALL CAN STOP WASTING OUR TIME CALLING THEIR SO CALLED CUSTOMER SUPPORT MAYBE THESE 2 LINKS WILL HELP SPECTRUM GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER

    Watching baseball, football, or racing using the Spectrum Roku app on FS1 or Fox is just like using my set top box. It may take 20-30 sec to go full HD, but picture is clear and looks like live tv. NBC or NBCSN is not terrible but is blurry and never seems to go full HD. Does NBC broadcast at lower resolution or does the app rebroadcast it at lower speeds? It gives me a headache watching sports on NBC or NBCSN.

    I had issues in June with the TV app on Roku "loading" every 10 mins or so or dropping the network connection. It started working well until about a week ago. Now the app is buffering again frequently and at times dropping the connection. I have reloaded the channel with no results. No problem on the hardwired box. Just the roku app on the wireless connection. It was doing well until recently -- now we are back to not being able to watch a full show. UGH!!!

    Something is up ..... i.e., DIFFERENT. For the last few days, I am noticing that streaming Football with the Spectrum App on various networks, including CBS, NBC, and FOX is resulting in frequent buffering and severe pixelation. This is 100% new. The issue does not seemingly occur during other types of broadcasts nor does it occur on Netflix, Prime, or PLEX usage. It's incredibly annoying!

    my connection is fine my speeds are fine my spectrum app is garbage.

    right now am getting a RLP-1025 code for every channel.  My connection is fine, sling tv is streaming fine for me right now and is looking very tempting to switch over to.  

    what is going on??

    the same goes for all 6 of my rokus in my house

    Today, I started the Roku adapter as I have always done, all my channels were present.  Around 9:30AM, nothing worked, no broadcast on ANY channel would appear. Appoximately at 5:30 PM the channels did work, but only the channels from CH 101 and BELOW...and ends with the high numbered music only channels. NO local channels, NO Spectrum News (CH1), etc...show up. VERY frustrating.
