This is beyond ridiculous. After experiencing several other error codes last week it worked over the past weekend. And now Tuesday it's giving me another new error code. I've done all the trouble shooting. Rebooted the modem and router. Re booted my Roku and uninstalled and then reinstalled the app. All of which I've done several times this morning. No luck...and best of all I've been on hold for going on 18 minutes with spectrum to discuss this issue.

LOCAL STATIONS BECOME UNAVAILABLE AT 5 IN THE MORINING
THIS IS STRANGE AND I FEEL IT HAS TO BE ON SPECTRUMS END. IN MY BED ROOM I USE A ROKU PLAYER AND THE SPECTRUM APP. USUALLY THE APP WORKS FINE. OVER THE LAST 3 DAYS, AT 5 AM THE LOCAL STATIONS BECOME SERVICE UNAVAILABLE. I AM IN ROCHESTER AND THIS MORING I WAS WATCHING CH 8 AND RIGHT AT 5 AM THE CHANNEL WENT OFF AIR. OTHER CHANNELS ALL STILL WORK, JUST NO LOCALS. THIS HAS HAPPENED THE LAST 3 DAYS IN A ROW. WHEN I USE IT AT NIGHT ALL LOCAL CHANNELS WORK FINE. ARE THEY BLOCKING THE LOCAL NEWS FOR SOME REASON

Nothing but issues past 2 weeks, now cant stream NOTHING
my connection is fine my speeds are fine my spectrum app is garbage.
right now am getting a RLP-1025 code for every channel. My connection is fine, sling tv is streaming fine for me right now and is looking very tempting to switch over to.
what is going on??

Missing channels below CH 101 ? Nothing appears as it did the day before.
Today, I started the Roku adapter as I have always done, all my channels were present. Around 9:30AM, nothing worked, no broadcast on ANY channel would appear. Appoximately at 5:30 PM the channels did work, but only the channels from CH 101 and BELOW...and ends with the high numbered music only channels. NO local channels, NO Spectrum News (CH1), etc...show up. VERY frustrating.

Everything just started working properly again right after 11pm. Had been mostly there for the last few hours, just the web app was not working at all and local channels weren't showing up in the Roku and Android apps. All of that appears to have just been resolved in our market. Hopefully it is rolling to other markets now.
Keep in mind, as a rule of thumb, sometimes caches may need to be cleared or devices rebooted to refresh things.

Someone is blocking Fox News.
I have Fox and CNN. among others. I can watch cnn all day but fox is constantly cutting out with some kind of rlp 1001 code. does spectrum just hate fox?

How I fixed my RLC-1000 error (Roku vs Spectrum app)
Ever since I switched out my internet modem with a Spectrum modem I was not able to connect to the Spectrum app on my Roku express.
I kept getting a prompt to login (which I didn't get before) and after trying to login with verified good credentials I got the RLC-1000 error (Connect to Spectrum internet...)
After a great deal of researching, resetting all devices, contacting Spectrum (useless), contacting Roku (non-responsive). I finally figured out the solution.
It appears that my router still had my old cable modem mac address cloned into it. I just had to go into my router configuration and re-clone the new mac address for the new cable modem and the ROKU worked (without even having to login). Hope this helps someone.

roku express fails to log in
Every so often, especially on weekends, over the last 8 weeks the spectrum app on my roku express won't log in. Various messages like rg1001 come up. It seems to be worse when a roku in the living room is used. Both have there own ip addresses and use different emails. I have also noticed that items I don't watch come up on my watchlist and bookmarks. Any fix for this?

I use the spectrum app on a 2nd and 3rd tv with my Roku. I get NESN and ESPN fine on my cable box but they don’t show up in the Spectrum app. I pay for the channels, why can’t I use them in the app on my home network?

Spectrum app on Roku closes after 10seconds
Please help.. the spectrum app keeps shutting down after ten seconds This just started after we got an Orbi WiFi system attached to the spectrum modem. It worked fine on the old spectrum WiFi box.

Spectrum App on Roku does not recognize my DVR
Why does the Spectrum app for Roku not recognize my DVR? My Samsung 8 has the spectrum App and when I open it there is an option for my DVR. I have threwe Samsung TV's and ther Spectrum App on all three does not recognize my DVR. I just purchased a Roku Stick+ and again the Spectrum App does not recognize my DVR. WHY?

Roku use at two homes
I have an issue with using my Roku. I am a Time Warner cable customer Raleigh and a charter customer in the Outer Banks. I want to use my Roku at my outer banks resident to watch the spectrum app on my Roku. Both my homes are under Spectrum but I can’t get the Roku to bring up the spectrum app. The terms of service agreement seems allow me to use my Roku while under any Spectrum account that I may have. Can someone please help me resolve this conflict. Thank you

Spectrum TV App Not Working
I signed up for the free 7 day trial for the Spectrun TV choice on July 27th. However, I have not been able to login since I signed up. First I was told that it would take 24hrs to sync the service to my system because I was using my own modem and router, then I was told multiple times afterwards that there was a problem with the app in my area and the problem was on Spectrums end and they had engineers working on it. What I have not been told is when the problem would be fixed. I can not use the service online or via the Roku streamer and the problem that I am getting from both attempts are as listed below. By the way, I was also told that because the problem is on Spectrums end there is nothing that I can do on my end to make it work.
